Isochronic tones seems to improve my sleep

I haven't been listening to isochronic tones regularly for quite some time. This past week I've had severe sleeping problems, I haven't been able to sleep more that 3-4 hrs. Also my recurrent nightmare have been "haunting" me during my sleep, I have woken up with a pounding heart and feeling full of anxiety. Some nights I haven't been able to sleep at all, I've just grabbed a few hrs here and there during daytime, but even then I had nightmares.

Yesterday I felt so exhausted because of lack of proper sleep, so I decided to listen to isochronic tones again in the afternoon. First I listened to 15 minutes of  Gamma Brainwaves 40 Hz, later on I decided to take a nap. I went to bed with my mp3-player and headphones on, playing Sleep Aid with 1 hour Delta Waves and on my computer I had Rehabilitation of body and brain (by delta wave activity) 3 Hz playing on the speakers on repeat. I did sleep for maybe 1 and half hr. But I didn't feel well rested, so no more isochronic tones for the rest of the day and evening.

I went to bed early, I fell asleep around 9 pm, and I slept the whole night, no nighmares and I feel well rested today. Okay this is only one night, maybe it would have happened anyway, naturally, I don't know... I mean I was totally exhausted from almost 1 week of bad sleep. Now I've just listened 15 minutes to the gamma waves, I don't think I'll take a nap today, I feel too much awake for that, so I don't know if I will listen to anymore isochronic tones today... Maybe I'll listen to the "Sleep Aid" when it's time to go to sleep.
