If you are on a video page, then you have to click on my name, Voff Uggla, and you will be directed to the "Home Page", if you click on "About", you will be able to read the Description, there you will also find information. The last link/button, is the symbol for search, click on it and you will be able to do a search, searching for a specific frequency is the best, easier to get results. Searching for specific disorders is a bit more difficult, but you can always try.

Last week I woke up on Monday morning, with fever and congested sinuses, a typical cold. My head felt like it was going to explode and then the sneezes started and my nose was really runny. I had to hold a tissue under my nose almost all the time and my sinuses hurt, all the sneezing and blowing my nose gave me pain in the muscles that were involved. Kind of strange that the common cold can make you feel so miserable, also I rarely get colds, it's 4 years since I last was sick, then I had the flu.

Anyway during the time I had the cold I was listening to this isochronic frequency: Head cold, Sinus infection, etc (Isochronic Tones 456 Hz) Pure Series I didn't notice an immediate improvement, it actually felt worse in the beginning. But I kept on listening 15 minutes a day, and to my surprise my sinuses "slowly" cleared up, a week later my cold was gone and did NOT infect my bronchi as it usually does. The common cold has always started with the sinuses and then moved down to the bronchi, with 1 to 2 weeks of couhging in the past. But this time my immune system was able to fight the virus before it reached the bronchi.

I didn't get cured immediately by listening to this isochronic frequency, but it prevented the virus to reach my bronchi/lungs and by that I shortened the time of being sick. One week instead of 2 to 3 weeks.

A few days ago I watched a Science program on Swedish TV, where they presented the latest research about the 'Placebo Effect'. I found this to be very interesting, since I don't know if isochronic tones can have something to do with this, and I do think it has. In the program they told a story about a young man, who wanted to commit suicide, he swallowed a bunch of pills, lost consciousness, ended up in the hospital, his organs started to shut down and he was close to die. He didn't die and when they had analyzed the substance in the pills he had taken, it turned out to be sugar pills. So just him beliving that he was going to die from the pills, made his organs shut down and he was close to death. This is quite remarkable, placebo can actually have an effect.

There were also this scientist, talking about the clinical studies that have been done on antidepressants, the studies showed that placebo almost had the same effect as the actual medicine. Another scientist admitted a bit reluctantly that placebo can have the same effect as real medicine, but he also said it doesn't work on everybody, it also depends on what illness, when and where, etc. I'm sure the medical industri aren't that happy about this documentary...

So if you belive in isochronic tones it can actually help, but always get a diagnos from the medical profession and for serious illnesses, follow the doctors advice. There are not enough scientific studies about isochronic tones out yet.

Here's a video from YouTube that explains it more
The Placebo Effect
"Sean Mackey, MD, PhD, explains the placebo effect. Mackey is the chief of Stanford's Pain Management Division and an associate professor at the School of Medicine."
Yesterday I read an article in a Swedish newspaper, that according to some recent research, the reason the body stores fat on the belly, is mainly due to lack of Estrogen, and to some degree Testosterone. The study was done on men, but I'm pretty sure that applies to women as well. When my estrogen levels began to decrease around 10 years ago I noticed that my belly grew fatter, at it's worst I looked like I was pregnant. My body have always had the tendency to store fat on my belly first, even when I was skinny (underweight according to the docs.), I still had a pouch of a fat deposit on my belly.

So now when I've lost so much weight the past 6 months My teeth and Weight loss same issue, that pouch of fat on my belly is still there, smaller, but...grrr... it's there. I guess it's hereditary to some degree, but I'm pretty sure in my case, it's an hormonal issue as well. As a child I was normal weight, until the teen hormones kicked in, all of a sudden my belly became huge. There was no change in diet or activity, the only thing that happened was that my hormones went "crazy" and made feel like a ballon and the ugliest girl on the planet. That lasted for about 5 years, by the time I was 16-17 I was back at a "normal" weight again.

It's difficult to say exactly when my estrogen levels started to decrease, I've been in menopause for 5 years now, but 2008 was the year I never been so fat in my whole life. I looked 6 months pregnant, belly and breasts were swollen, etc. A friend took pictures of me then and I got shocked when I saw those pics, I couldn't belive that it was me. I mean I knew I had gained weight but not that much, I looked horrible and the same feelings I had about my body from my teenage years came back.

I don't know if this study I read about is correct and I don't know if isochronic tones really works, however I'm going to start to listen to Estrogen - Production (Isochronic Tones 1,351 Hz) Pure Series and Testosterone - Production (female) (Isochronic Tones 1,445 Hz ) Pure Series regularly to see if it makes any difference.

I came in contact with meditation, 30 years ago, mainly the meditations that focus on the breath. While meditating you're supposed to direct your awareness on, breathing in and breathing out, and let the thoughts interferring with that focus, just flow by like clouds. Sounds easy huh!? No it isn't, not for me, as soon as I begin to focus on my breath, my mind interferes with the natural breathing. I become so focused on the breathing, that sometimes I find it difficult to breath at all, I feel like I can't breath, I start to swallow, anxiety builds up, etc. My mind is so focused on the breathing that I can't breath naturally, so this technique is definitely NOT for me.

This is one of the reasons that I became interested in isochronic tones, instead of focusing on my breath, my awareness is focused on the tones in my head. I find it more easy to meditate that way, I have several isochronic videos with frequencies uploaded on YouTube that is suitable for meditation. My favorite is Gamma Brainwaves (Isochronic Tones 40 Hz) Pure Series

I don't know if listening to this frequency actually will create gamma waves in my brain, I don't have the equipment to measure that. But I do find the tones vibration in my ears and head as "feeling" good, my subjective experience.

"GAMMA AND HYPER-GAMMA: 30 - 100 Hz
Gamma brainwaves are usually very weak in normal people but have recently been found to be very strong in Tibetan monks while doing a Loving Kindness meditation. 40hz becomes the dominant frequency of these monks while meditating and it is also the frequency that the core of Earth resonates to. A very important frequency when it comes to higher awareness and mystical experiences."

Here is an interesting study: Near-death experiences are 'electrical surge in dying brain'
I haven't been listening to isochronic tones regularly for quite some time. This past week I've had severe sleeping problems, I haven't been able to sleep more that 3-4 hrs. Also my recurrent nightmare have been "haunting" me during my sleep, I have woken up with a pounding heart and feeling full of anxiety. Some nights I haven't been able to sleep at all, I've just grabbed a few hrs here and there during daytime, but even then I had nightmares.

Yesterday I felt so exhausted because of lack of proper sleep, so I decided to listen to isochronic tones again in the afternoon. First I listened to 15 minutes of Gamma Brainwaves 40 Hz, later on I decided to take a nap. I went to bed with my mp3-player and headphones on, playing Sleep Aid with 1 hour Delta Waves and on my computer I had Rehabilitation of body and brain (by delta wave activity) 3 Hz playing on the speakers on repeat. I did sleep for maybe 1 and half hr. But I didn't feel well rested, so no more isochronic tones for the rest of the day and evening.

I went to bed early, I fell asleep around 9 pm, and I slept the whole night, no nighmares and I feel well rested today. Okay this is only one night, maybe it would have happened anyway, naturally, I don't know... I mean I was totally exhausted from almost 1 week of bad sleep. Now I've just listened 15 minutes to the gamma waves, I don't think I'll take a nap today, I feel too much awake for that, so I don't know if I will listen to anymore isochronic tones today... Maybe I'll listen to the "Sleep Aid" when it's time to go to sleep.

Questions & Answers (Na'ven's Blog Post - October 13, 2012)

"People ask me the same questions over and over, so I figured I'd start answering them here.

Q.) How long should I listen to each tone?
A.)
Listen as long as you'd like unless it states otherwise in the video.
Also, try not to go over an hour a day so that you don't hurt yourself
by making your brain stick on that frequency.

Q.) How do I use your tones? When should I use them?
A.)
Just listen to the isochronic tones whenever you want to. Binaural
beats require headphones, but isochronics do not. If you're trying to
concentrate and use an isochronic tone for concentration, do it when
you're trying to concentrate. If you're trying to be in oneness, use the
isochronic tone for oneness while trying to be at one with the all.

Q.) Can I download your tones as an MP3?
A.)
Yes you can. You need to download and install YouTube Downloader (It
has a free version) and download the video. You'll have the MP4 file and
you'll need to go to the convert tab to convert that file to MP3 format
or other formats.

UPDATE 26-10-16
That was written 4 years ago, a lot has happened since then. First of all, now you can use your smartphones and listen directly from my YouTube channel. You can still download the videos for private use, but I can't give any advice on which YouTube downloader to choose, there are so many of them now, if you are using Firefox there are many different addons. You just have to find the YouTube downloader that fits your system. If you do download the videos and want to change format from MP4 to MP3, the same story, there is a lot of "free" software on the web. Select the ones that fits your system and the ones that you find the easiest for you to work with.
Also if you want to change the bit rate per second, I've found that 128 Kbps works the best, at least with my sound card, speakers, head phones/set and ear buds, but that's what's working best with my devices, you have to find what works the best for you.

Q.) How do you know what the frequencies are for?
A.)
I find caches of frequencies all over the web and people will sometimes
send me some of them. Here are the ones I have that are on websites.
http://www.lunarsight.com/freq.htm
http://electroherbalism.com/Bioelectronics/…CAFL.htm

Q.) Is it OK to listen to other things while listening to your videos? Can I listen to two at once?
A.)
In short, no. If you listen to two of them or something else, you're
inducing other frequencies and making the tone less effective. The pure
series does not ramp frequencies or have other sounds on it so that it
can stay pure and be looped. If you listen to something else while doing
this, it COULD still work, but it will be less effective. This is why
the pure series was created. Other videos were mixing the sound of rain
and other things with the tones and making them less effective."

The pure series is only one frequency, no carrier tone, noice, music etc. Therefore that series is called, pure. :-) The isochronic tones are created in Audacity, first a sine tone is created, then it is modulated with the plugin; Isomod, and then converted into mp3.
More information about isochronic tones: Here

Isochronic tones does not require headphones, but, depending on your sound system, the settings, etc, the tones can sound different. I prefer to use my headset or ear buds, it gives me a "better" experience. Don't have the volume up too loud when using a headset or ear buds.

The best way to get the most out of listening to isochronic tones:
Sit and listen as if you are meditating, focus on the sound and your breath and relax. Let the thoughts just pass by like clouds. Many thoughts will come to your mind, it may take awhile until you notice, and when you do, don't get upset, let it go and continue with your meditation. This will happen many times during the "isochronic tone session" unless you have meditated for many years, this is totally normal for beginners at meditation.

There is a playlist for Delta Waves, frequency 0 Hz - 4 Hz, those are the ones you can listen to while you sleep. .Sleeping Aid Videos & Delta Waves Playlist

About the creator of the Isochronic tones

Today, (or yesterday my local time) I've noticed that Na'ven Goodkarma aka Na'ven Enigma aka FingerprintDIVA has closed her YouTube Channel - Na'ven Goodkarma She's also planning to close down her blog, soon... I've decided to close my website soon.(TLM). As an uploader of her isochronic tones, I have to take action. I can't refer to her in the future, I have 100+ of her original videos uploaded on my channel. In the description of all these videos I have referrals, to her YouTube Channel and Blog.

Na'ven's Blog post
Posted on: July 31st 2013

I'm not sure when I'll close it, but I wanted to leave it up for a little longer so that if you want to save any information on here or gather any downloads, you can do so. Sometime around September I'm hoping to be shutting it down. If you want to host information from this site, feel free to do so. I do ask that you tell me what you're interested in, though."

If you have any questions about FingerprintDIVA'S isochronic videos, I can only refer to the above post, that I have copied from her blog. If you can't find the answer here, send the question to me, if I can I will answer.

Update, August 4 - 2013
Just noticed that she have removed the above blog post, well what can I say, it was there a couple of days ago. It's kind of hard to keep up with her, name changes, blog post removals, etc, so I won't anymore. From now on I will credit her for the audios/videos as FingerprintDIVA, whitout any links/url's.

Update, January 2014
She also removed the blog post where she stated that all her isochronic tones was 'Public Domain', November 14 - 2012. She had a torrent open 2012, so anyone could download the isochronic videos and the frequency lists, she also encouraged "us" to upload her videos on YouTube, which I started to do. I have no idea why she removed that post, I wish I had taken a screen shot of it, then I would have some evidence that her isochronic tones are or were public domain, but I didn't. She wasn't able to upload any more isochronic tones on YouTube, all I know is that she was upset about her channel being terminated, that's why she wrote that blog post, but later on she removed it from her blog, for reasons that are unknown to me. Well I do have some saved email converstaions between us that maybe could count as "proof". But I don't know the copyright laws regarding publishing private emails.

So my previous blog post: More Isochronic videos to come... isn't valid anymore, except the last paragraph. I have no idea why Na'ven decided do this, I don't know her personally, we don't have any contact. But it's her decision, her choice, her life and that I respect. I just wanted to let you know.

I have looked through all the frequency lists and F-Divas collection of isochronic videos again. And I have found some more that can be worth uploading, I have it all organised, but will only upload a video once a week.

I'm aware of that people may have questions about, how to use Isochronic Tones. As I wrote earlier, I'm not the creator of the frequencies and I'm not a "healer", so I've found a page on Nav'ven's blog that may answer some of your questions, (just ignore the url to her YouTube Channel, it's gone.) Q&A, Isochronic Tones - F-Diva

The videos, with blended/mixed isochronic tones, does require headphones to sound right. These videos are experimental, that I've mainly made for myself, so if it doesn't sound good or if you experience any discomfort, please don't listen. I still listen to them, but not every day as I did before.

I'm no longer listening to isochronic tones or any other brainwave entrainment frequencies. I've lost the interest and I don't even know if it works or not, maybe because I don't have any specific illness. The only feedback I can give is the one about Dental problems, Dental infections. I did listen to that video every day for a month and it didn't have any effect. Read more here:
This is my subjective experience, maybe others are being helped by the videos, so I'll leave all the uploads on YouTube, but I won't upload that many more videos.Unless I come across a frequency that seem to be interesting, the best ones are already uploaded.

I have disabled monetization since most of the videos/audio is created by FingerprintDIVA (Na'ven Goodkarma), actually all the audio is created by her. It was never my intent to make any money when I started to upload them anyway, and I haven't earned a cent from it. I'm not a business minded person and all the credits should go to Na'ven. I made a few videos, recorded in Second Life, but the audio is created by her, whitout the audio my videos would be useless.

The isochronic videos I made where I mixed the audio, if it doesn't sound good in your ears or feels good in your head/body, please don't listen to them. There are so many brainvawe entrainment videos on YouTube, I'm sure you can find something that suits you. We're all different, what sounds good in my ears, may not sound good in yours.
New research have revealed that 1/3 of the worlds population are infected by this parasite.

From Wikipedia:

"The parasite infects most genera of warm-blooded animals, including humans, but the primary host is the felid (cat) family. Animals are infected by eating infected meat, by ingestion of feces of a cat that has itself recently been infected, or by transmission from mother to fetus. Cats are the primary source of infection to human hosts, although contact with raw meat, especially pork, is a more significant source of human infections in some countries. Fecal contamination of hands is a significant risk factor."

So if you have a cat or had one, you can have ingested the single-celled organism - called Toxoplasma gondii. Recent research have found that this parasite "travels" through the bloodstream up to your brain. When it has reached your brain it will stay there, it could be dormant or effect your behaviour.

"Scientists are still trying to understand the behavioural changes - if any - in humans infected with toxoplasma, but research has so far linked it to worse reaction times, a more than two-fold increase in the risk of being involved in a car accident, suicide in women and schizophrenia."

Source: How your cat could make you suicidal

Swedish scientists have also linked this parasite to depression. I suffer from chronic (clinical) depression, as did my mother her whole 56 years of life. Both of us have had numerous of suicide attempts, and my mother suffered from schizophrenia.

I have had cats, cleaned their litter boxes, it's quite possible that I can have ingested this parasite, or gotten it from my mother. Also the last cat I had became very agressive, to such a degree that he had to be put down. He had developed a brain tumor and the vet said, that it was a probable cause of his behaviour change...

And I spent 3 years in India, between the years 1989-1994, the last year (93-94) I was really sick with diarrhea and in a lot of pain, the whole time. I had no apetite and lost a lot of weight. I went to several medical clinics, they did stool tests as well as x-rays of my colon, but no one could find any obvious reason for my illness. I had to leave India and went back to Sweden, and I got better, I still have a sensitive "spot" in my colon where I had that excruciating pain.

You can't avoid parasites in India, there are not enough toilets for the poor people, they defecate outdoors. Their feces dries up with the soil and when the wind blows, it's in the air. No matter how careful you are with food and water, you get those dried up human feces inside you, just by breathing.

Anyway, back in Sweden I developed a depression, I went to see a psychiatrist, late 1996, he started me on Prozac. It helped for about 4 years, my depression got worse and my behaviour changed, from being an outgoing person, having many friends to starting to isolate myself, developing agoraphobia, not wanting to go outside or meet any people. I couldn't work anymore, so since 2004 I've been on disablity payment.

I just found out about this parasite recently, so I did a search for toxoplasmosis in Na'ven's isochronic frequency lists, and found this video:
This is an experimental blend/mix of isochronic tones, it does requires headphones or a headset, otherwise it sounds weird. I mainly made this video for myself, but it seems that many others like this combination of frequencies as well. I like to listen to it, sounds good and feels good in my brain/body. However it isn't a pure isochronic tone, I have no idea what effect it has ( if it have any), I'm not a"healer". So if you experience any discomfort listening to this video, please stop.
I didn't do enough research before I published this post. Now I have searched the web for more references and found that they differs?! And I've forgotten the source to where I found these frequencies... (my bad). The webpage that seems most professional is Wikipedia's Electroencephalography. So I will copy and paste the range of the frequencies from that page within brackets beside each wave pattern. I really don't know what's correct or not.

UPDATE: 10-26-16
I have found another webpage that explains more about Brain Wave Frequencies: http://mentalhealthdaily.com/2014/04/15/5-types-of-brain-waves-frequencies-gamma-beta-alpha-theta-delta/

BETA: 12hz - 38hz (12 Hz to about 30 Hz)
Wide awake. This is generally the mental state most people are in during the day and most of their waking lives. Usually, this state in itself is uneventful, but don't underestimate its importance. Many people lack sufficient beta activity, which can cause mental or emotional disorders such as depression, ADD and insomnia. Stimulating beta activity can improve emotional stability, energy levels, attentiveness and concentration.

ALPHA: 8hz - 12hz (8 Hz to 12 Hz)
Awake but relaxed and not processing much information. When you get up in the morning and just before sleep, you are naturally in this state. When you close your eyes your brain automatically starts producing more alpha waves. Alpha is usually the goal of experienced meditators. Since alpha is a very receptive, absorbent mental state, you can also use it for effective self-hypnosis, mental re-programming and more.

THETA: 3hz - 8hz (4 Hz to 7 Hz)
Light sleep or extreme relaxation. Theta can also be used for hypnosis and self-programming using pre-recorded suggestions.

DELTA: 0.2hz - 3hz (up to 4 Hz)
Deep, dreamless sleep. Delta is the slowest band of brainwaves. When your dominant brainwave is delta, your body is healing itself and "resetting" its internal clocks. You do not dream in this state and are completely unconscious.

GAMMA AND HYPER-GAMMA: 30 - 100 Hz (30–100 Hz)
Gamma brainwaves are usually very weak in normal people but have recently been found to be very strong in Tibetan monks while doing a Loving Kindness meditation. 40hz becomes the dominant frequency of these monks while meditating and it is also the frequency that the core of Earth resonates to. A very important frequency when it comes to higher awareness and mystical experiences.

LAMBDA WAVES: 100 - 200 Hz
Lambda waves are recently reported very high frequency brainwaves. Lambda brainwaves are a 'newer' brainwave only because it is difficult to get instrumentation to accurately measure them. Lmbda brainwaves are associated with wholeness and integration, as well as with mystical experiences and out of body experiences. Interestingly these extremely high frequency brainwaves seem to ride on a very low frequency Epsilon wave. If you were to zoom out from the high frequency Lambda wave far enough you would see that it is riding on a larger very low frequency wave.

EPILSON WAVES: < 0.5 Hz
Recently the brainwaves below 0.5hz have been classified as a separate band called Epsilon. Interestingly again we find that they are strongly related to the highest frequency brainwaves (Lambda) in that if you zoom in far enough you would see that embedded within the slow Epsilon frequency is a very fast Lambda frequency wave. The same states of consciousness are associated with both Lambda and Epsilon waves. Wholeness and integration seem to be the main themes of these brainwaves. As you open to higher levels of consciousness (associated with the upper chakras and the opening of the "third eye"), you will be able to allow the higher, and extremely low, brainwaves to become more dominant in your brain activity. Your perceptions will then expand, you will be able to consciously perceive the higher frequencies of light and sound which are as yet unable to be detected by mere scientific instrumentation.

The first time I came in contact with Brainwave Entrainment, was 1996. Then it was Hemisync from the Monroe Institute I listened to (Binaural Beats), at that time I didn't know anything about the whole "industry" behind it or what binaural beats really was. I just felt relaxed listening to the beats and the voice that guided me. Also the idea of synchronising the two brain hemispheres attracted me. I was listening every day for 6 months and made it through Wave 1, then other "things" came in the way and I stopped. I didn't forget about Hemisync over the years, I did try it again a few times, but I didn't experience the feeling of relaxation as I did before.

Hm... now I remember, back in the late 80's, was probably the very first time I tried 'Brainwave Entrainment'. I had access to a device, it was a cassette player and thick glasses. When you used it you had the head phones and glasses on, there were some sound but I don't remember what it was. What I do remember is the glasses, you had to have you eyes open while wearing them and there were some flashing lights and colors. I don't know if that was monaural beats, such a long time ago, I don't remember all the details.

Last year, I got my first "smartphone" and started to look for Apps and came across Binaural Beats, downloaded it and liked it. At the time I had no idea it was related to hemisync, but I started to "investigate". Googled on it and found all the videos on YouTube, began reading about brainwave entrainment and I became aware of isochronic tones. Then I did a search on YouTube and found FingerprintDIVA (Na'ven Enigma), and her isochronic tones just blew me away. I felt immediately that this was my "thing" and one thing led to the other and all of a sudden I was uploading isochronic tones on YouTube.

This is a very special frequency (20 Hz), commonly called 'The "Cure All" Rife Frequency'.

It's also a Beta Frequency (Range: 12hz - 38hz)
"Wide awake. This is generally the mental state most people are in during the day and most of their waking lives. Usually, this state in itself is uneventful, but don't underestimate its importance. Many people lack sufficient beta activity, which can cause mental or emotional disorders such as depression, ADD and insomnia.
According to the 'Cross Reference List of Rife Frequencies' it's beneficial for all of the below.

Isochronic tones work by emitting sound at regular intervals. This excites the thalamus and causes the brain to duplicate the frequency of the Isochronic tones, changing its thought patterns.

Isochronic tones are regular beats of a single tone used for brainwave entrainment. Similar to monaural beats, the interference pattern that produces the beat is outside the brain so headphones are not required for entrainment to be effective. They differ from monaural beats, which are constant sine wave pulses rather than entirely separate pulses of a single tone. As the contrast between noise and silence is more pronounced than the constant pulses of monaural beats, the stimuli is stronger and has a greater effect on brain entrainment.

Binaural beats are not very noticeable because the modulation depth (the difference between loud and quiet) is 3 db, a two-to-one ratio. (Isochronic tones and mono beats easily have 50 db difference between loud and quiet, which is a 100,000-to-1 ratio). This means that binaural beats are unlikely to produce any significant entrainment because they don’t activate the thalamus. But they do have some hypnotic and relaxing effect by way of dissociation. You have to use headphones when listening to Binaural Beats, because the entrainment occurs by a third tone, that is created by 2 different frequencies, one in the left ear and the second in the right ear.

If you are looking for the most effective type of brainwave entrainment, Isochronic tones are the way to go. Isochronic Tones also use equal intensity tones, but the pulse speed is greater, causing the brain to synchronize with the rhythm. In 1999, Thomas Budzynski Ph.D. published a case in the Journal of Neurotherapy which showed that a group of 8 college students increased their GPA with the use of audio brainwave stimulation, and their GPA continued to increase even after the brainwave entrainment was finished.

It's important that the tones (beats) have an effect on the thalamus as it's belived to be a kind of a "switch".

The thalamus has multiple functions. It is generally believed to act as a relay between a variety of subcortical areas and the cerebral cortex. In particular, every sensory system (with the exception of the olfactory system) includes a thalamic nucleus that receives sensory signals and sends them to the associated primary cortical area.
Source: What does the Thalamus do

There are many ways to create Isochronic Tones and Binaural Beats, some add noice, nature sounds or meditative music. I prefer the pure isochronic tones, I find the added sound disturbing, I just like to focus on the beat of the tones in my brain. The Isochronic tones videos on my YouTube channel are pure, there is is only one frequency, no carrier tone, noice, music etc. The isochronic tones are created in Audacity, first a sine tone is
created, then it is modulated with the plugin; Isomod, and then
converted into mp3.

So, when it comes to Brainwave Entrainment you will find that there are many Binaural Beats available. Monaural beats are not so common. Isochronic tones are relatively new and are the tones I'm interested in, because of it's potential effect on the thalamus.

Most of the Isochronic Tones I upload on YouTube based on the 'Cross Reference List of Rife Frequencies', but not all of them.

About the original Rife Frequency List:
According to Dr. Royal R. Rife, every disease has a frequency. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy disease.
The whole idea of traditional Rife therapy was to find the particular frequency to blow up an enemy virus or bacteria. This technology and philosophy was always based on single frequencies that were taken from old records of which frequencies had worked in the past for a given disease.

Scientific proof
There are not enough scientific studies about isochronic tones and it's effect (if any) in the brain and organs. Brainwave entrainment falls into the category of the alternative field or pseudoscience. I'm not a neuroscientist nor do I have any education in medicin, I don't know if isochronic tones works or not. And please always seek professional medical help before you turn to alternative healthcare.

DISCLAIMER
Brainwave Entrainment, Sound healing, Isochronic Tones, etc is not an evidence-based scientific method.
