Head cold and sinus infection

Last week I woke up on Monday morning, with fever and congested sinuses, a typical cold. My head felt like it was going to explode and then the sneezes started and my nose was really runny. I had to hold a tissue under my nose almost all the time and my sinuses hurt, all the sneezing and blowing my nose gave me pain in the muscles that were involved. Kind of strange that the common cold can make you feel so miserable, also I rarely get colds, it's 4 years since I last was sick, then I had the flu.

Anyway during the time I had the cold I was listening to this isochronic frequency: Head cold, Sinus infection, etc (Isochronic Tones 456 Hz) Pure Series  I didn't notice an immediate improvement, it actually felt worse in the beginning. But I kept on listening 15 minutes a day, and to my surprise my sinuses "slowly" cleared up, a week later my cold was gone and did NOT infect my bronchi as it usually does. The common cold has always started with the sinuses and then moved down to the bronchi, with 1 to 2 weeks of couhging in the past. But this time my immune system was able to fight the virus before it reached the bronchi.

I didn't get cured immediately by listening to this isochronic frequency, but it prevented the virus to reach my bronchi/lungs and by that I shortened the time of being sick. One week instead of 2 to 3 weeks.
